孕產婦看過來!分娩時刻這樣為身體“蓄能”

分娩既是個耗時良久的“力氣活”,也會對孕產婦的意志力提出考驗。臨產前和分娩中的孕產婦能不能吃東西?又該吃些什么為身體“蓄能”呢?



臨產前怎么吃?




醫生表示,孕產婦在臨產前要保證營養攝入,且吃東西要注意3個原則:


少食多餐

少食多餐能使食物中的營養和能量更好地被身體吸收,也更適合因即將分娩而心情緊張的孕產婦。同時,孕產婦也要注意采取清淡飲食,所謂“大補”的濃湯,在臨產前的一段時間不宜飲用,并要注意控制食物的總攝入量。

補充鋅鐵

即使臨近分娩,補充鐵等微量元素也不可斷。不僅寶寶的身體發育需要微量元素支持,孕產婦在分娩過程中也會出現血液流失,同樣需要補鐵。

補充維生素

缺乏維生素B1可導致嘔吐、倦怠、體乏等癥狀。為不影響分娩時子宮收縮,孕產婦應在產前適量補充維生素B1。維生素K則可以預防新生兒顱內出血和產后出血,它主要存在于堅果和綠葉蔬菜中。




分娩時該吃什么?




世界衛生組織提出,低風險自然分娩過程不應限制產婦飲食。醫生建議,進入產程的孕產婦吃東西要遵循3個原則:


要有能量

如果在產程中水分和能量攝取不夠,可能導致產程時間延長、胎兒窘迫、新生兒血糖低等風險。因此,進入產程的產婦應通過適當食用具有較高能量的食物來補充體力。

要合口味

許多進入產程的產婦會出現消化功能低下的情況,這時她們往往會進食很少甚至拒絕進食,所以此時所吃食物的口味尤為重要。

要易消化

許多產婦在臨產時錯誤進食了不易消化的固形物后,會造成子宮血流量減少,甚至干擾子宮收縮,延長產程,也有產婦因食物不消化而在臨產時發生嘔吐。
